Ian Rapoport reports that the Chargers have agreed to terms with former Rams backup QB Kellen Clemens.

San Diego just lost their previous backup quarterback, Charlie Whitehurst, to the Titans after he agreed to a two-year deal.

Clemens, 30, was forced into action for the Rams last season after Sam Bradford went down with a season-ending knee injury. He appeared in 10 games and completed 58.7 percent of his passes for 1,673 yards, eight touchdowns and seven interceptions.
