Report: Florida DL Dominique Easley “Drawing Heavy Interest” From Seahawks, Bears, Patriots & 49ers

According to Tony Pauline of DraftInsider.net, Florida DL Dominique Easley is “drawing heavy interest” from Seahawks, Bears, Patriots and 49ers.

• Pauline adds that these teams are expected to have interest in him during the season round.

Easley’s Pro Day was held on Thursday and reports from earlier in the day suggested that the event was well attended. 

Jeff Barlis of ESPN.com reports that 17 teams including the Houston Texans were on hand to watch Easley’s workout.

Last September, Easley unfortunately went down with a torn ACL and subsequently missed the entire season. 

Easley told reports on Thursday that his knee is “about 80 percent” healed, and he expects to be ready for mini-camps this summer, per Barlis.
