Stupar, 28, is a former seventh-round pick of the Raiders back in 2012. He lasted just a few months in Oakland before he was signed off of their practice squad by the Eagles.
After that, Stupar had brief stints with the Eagles, 49ers, and Jaguars before being claimed off of waivers by the Falcons at the start of the 2014 season.
Atlanta elected to bring him back on a one-year deal last year.
In 2015, Stupar appeared in all 16 games and recorded 40 tackles, one sack, a fumble recovery returned for a touchdown and two pass defenses.
