Saints Waive WR Lil’Jordan Humphrey, Promote WR Krishawn Hogan

Field Yates reports that the Saints have promoted WR Krishawn Hogan to their active roster and waived WR Lil’Jordan Humphrey on Saturday. 

Humphrey, 21, wound up going undrafted out of Texas back in April. He later signed a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Saints, but was waived coming out of the preseason.

New Orleans re-signed Humphrey to their practice squad before promoting him to the active roster a few weeks ago.

In 2019, Humphrey has appeared in four games for the Saints and been targeted one time, but has yet to register a catch.
