Seahawks No Longer Waiving 4th-Rd WR Gary Jenning

Adam Schefter reports that the Seahawks have rescinded their request to place fourth-round WR Gary Jennings on waivers Thursday and now plan to keep him.

Instead, the Seahawks waived DL Bryan Mone to make room for S Adrian Colbert, who has been promoted to their active roster.

Last night, Schefter reported that Seattle had waived Jennings.

Jennings, 22, was drafted by the Seahawks out of West Virginia in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He signed a four-year rookie deal worth $3,230,930 with a $710,930 signing bonus.

Jennings has yet to catch a pass in the NFL.

During his four-year college career, Jennings caught 168 passes for 2294 yards (13.7 YPC) and 17 touchdowns in 45 games.
