The Seattle Seahawks placed CB Tre Flowers on injured reserve and promoted OT Chad Wheeler.
The Seahawks also placed DT Bryan Mone on the COVID-19 list.
It’s worth mentioning that the NFL changed the rules regarding injured reserve for the 2020 season and players can return from the list in just three weeks.
Flowers, 25, is a former fifth-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2018. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year rookie contract.
In 2020, Flowers has appeared in 11 games for the Seahawks and recorded 46 tackles, one forced fumble and two recoveries.
