The Seattle Seahawks have placed WR Sidney Rice on season-ending injured reserve after suffering a concussion, per Adam Schefter.
Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll announced that Rice had suffered his third concussion in the last year and that he’ll be out for the remainder of the season. Rice has missed a number of games over the last two seasons but is young enough to turn things around. A history concussion is certainly a concern for him and the team moving forward but he’s a very good player when healthy.
