According to , the Seahawks have re-signed exclusive rights free agent WR David Moore. to a one-year deal for the 2019 season.
Moore, 24, is a former seventh-round pick out of East Central by the Seahawks in 2017. He signed a four-year, $2.48 million rookie contract.
Seattle wound up waiving him as they trimmed their roster down to the 53-man limit but signed him to their practice squad once he cleared waivers. He was brought up to the active roster later in 2017.
Moore will be a restricted free agent in 2020.
In 2018, Moore appeared in all 16 games for the Seahawks, catching 26 passes for 445 yards (17.1 YPC) and five touchdowns.
