Seahawks Re-Signing G D.J. Fluker To Two-Year Deal

Mike Garafolo reports that the Seahawks are re-signing G D.J. Fluker to a two-year contract on Thursday.

There was some question as to whether the Mike Iupati signing could be the end of Fluker’s time in Seattle, but it appears as though he’s still in the team’s plans.

Fluker, 28, is a former first-round pick of the Chargers back in 2013. He played out his four-year, $11,402,498 contract before the Chargers elected to pick up his fifth-year option worth $8.821 million for the 2017 season.

The Chargers released him and he later caught on with the Giants for the 2017 season. The Seahawks signed Fluker to a one-year contract last year.

In 2018, Fluker appeared in 10 games for the Seahawks and is rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 68 guard out of 77 qualifying players.
