The Seattle Seahawks have agreed to terms with first-round Texas Tech LB Jordyn Brooks to his rookie contract, per Field Yates.
Brooks is the third member of Seattle’s draft class to ink their rookie deal.

Brooks, 22, was a four-year starter at Texas Tech and earned second-team All-American honors last season. The Seahawks selected him at No. 27 overall in this year’s draft.
Brooks is projected to sign a four-year, $12,235,606 rookie contract that includes a $6,458,623 signing bonus. The contract includes a fifth-year for the Seahawks to pick up for the 2024 season.

During his four-year college career, Brooks recorded 360 total tackles, 32 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, two interceptions, six pass defenses, three fumble recoveries, and two forced fumbles.
