Orchard was one of a few free agents to visit with the Seahawks this week and it looks like he was impressive enough to get an offer from Seattle.
Orchard, 26, is a former second-round pick of the Browns back in 2015. He was in the final year of his four-year, $4.466 million contract when the Browns elected to cut him loose coming out of the preseason last year.
Orchard had a brief stint with the Bills before signing on with the Chiefs. Unfortunately, Kansas City waived him a month later.
In 2018, Orchard appeared in four games for the Bills and Chiefs and recorded four tackles, no sacks and a pass defense.
