Texans Activate LB Dylan Cole From IR, Waive LB Josh Keyes

The Houston Texans announced Tuesday that they’ve activated LB Dylan Cole from injured reserve and waived LB Josh Keyes.

Cole, 24, signed on with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Missouri State back in May of last year. He is in the second year of a three-year, $1.66 million contract and is set to earn a base salary of $555,000 this season.

The Texans placed him on injured reserve back in September before recently designating him to return.

In 2018, Cole has appeared in three games for the Texans and recorded nine total tackles, one pass defense, and no sacks.
