Texans Looking To Trade CBs Charles James and Jumal Rolle

Aaron Wilson reports that the Texans are exploring trade options for cornerbacks Charles James and Jumal Rolle.

Both undrafted free agents have appeared heavily this preseason, so it makes sense for the Texans to explore any option before making a decision to keep, or cut either of the players from their roster.

Rolle, 25, appeared in 10 games last season, accumulating 19 total tackles, three interceptions, and four pass defenses. This preseason, Rolle has gathered 103 snaps and has had one interception. In 2014, he finished the season ranked as the No. 39 overall cornerback, according to Pro Football Focus.

James, 25, has not appeared in a regular season game since 2013. During that season, he played in 12 games for four total tackles. James has ranked as the No. 138 cornerback, but has piled up 135 total snaps, according to Pro Football Focus.

We will provide more information regarding any possible trades as the news becomes available.
