Texans restricted free agent LB Dylan Cole signed his one-year tender for the 2020 season on Monday, according to Field Yates.
Houston placed an original-round tender Colts that will cost them $2.14 million for the 2020 season.
Cole, 25, signed on with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Missouri State back in 2017. He played out the final year of a three-year, $1.66 million contract and made a base salary of $645,000 the 2019 season.
Cole sustained a torn ACL in Week 11, ending his season. He’ll be an unrestricted free agent in2021.
In 2019, Cole appeared in 11 games for the Texans and recorded 15 tackles, a fumble recovery, and a pass defense.
