Texans Worked Out Five Players

The Houston Texans brought in five free agents for tryouts on Monday including former Ravens RB Kenneth Dixon, according to Aaron Wilson

The full list of tryouts for Houston includes:

  1. WR Victor Bolden
  2. WR Tommylee Lewis
  3. RB Kenneth Dixon
  4. RB Marcus Murphy
  5. P Cameron Nizialek

This is the second tryout for Dixon in the past week after working out for the Jets.

Dixon, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Ravens back in 2016. He signed a four-year, $2.723 million rookie contract that included a $383,392 signing bonus.

The Ravens waived Dixon coming out of the preseason with an injury designation and he later reverted to the team’s injured reserve list. From there, Baltimore cut him loose with a settlement before Week 1.

In 2018, Dixon appeared in six games for the Ravens and rushed for 333 yards on 60 carries (5.6 YPC) to go along with six receptions for 51 yards receiving and two total touchdowns.
