The Tennessee Titans announced Wednesday that LB Jayon Brown has passed a physical and has been activated from the physically unable to perform list.
Brown, 25, was drafted by the Titans in the fifth round in 2017 out of UCLA. He’s entering the final year of his four-year, $2.67 million rookie contract and will make a base salary of $735,000 in 2020.
In 2019, Brown appeared in 14 games for the Titans and recorded 105 tackles, one sack, one interception, one fumble recovery returned for a touchdown and eight pass defenses. Pro Football Focus rated Brown as the No. 20 linebacker out of 89 qualifying players.
