Titans Hosted DT Bennie Logan For Visit

Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Titans brought in free agent DT Bennie Logan for a visit on Wednesday.

Logan previously visited with the Seahawks but wound up leaving Seattle without a deal. Reports have said that the Redskins have some interest in him as well, but they’ve yet to schedule a visit up to this point.

The Titans are clearly looking to bolster their defensive line depth, which is why they were in the running for Ndamukong Suh and have been tossed out as a potential landing spot for Johnathan Hankins.

Logan, 28, is a former third-round pick of the Eagles back in 2013. He played out the final year of his four-year, $3.032 million contract before signing a one-year, $8 million contract with the Chiefs last year.

Logan is once again testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.

In 2017, Logan has appeared in 15 games for the Chiefs and recorded 52 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and a pass defense. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 94 interior defensive lineman out of 122 qualifying players.

We have him featured in our Top 50 Available 2018 NFL Free Agents list.
