TRADE: Patriots Trading TE Jacob Hollister To Seahawks

Field Yates reports that the Patriots have traded TE Jacob Hollister to the Seahawks in return for a conditional 2020 seventh-round pick.

Hollister, 25, wound up signing on with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of Wyoming back in 2017. He agreed to a three-year, $1.66 million contract and has made the 53-man roster in each of his first two seasons in the NFL.

Hollister stands to make a base salary of $645,000 for the 2019 season before becoming a restricted free agent in 2020.

In 2018, Hollister appeared in eight games for the Patriots and caught four passes for 52 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
