Tyrod Taylor Expected To Be A “Top Target” For Dolphins

Ian Rapoport reports that free agent QB Tyrod Taylor is expected to be one of the Dolphins’ “top targets” this offseason.

Rumors have been circulating for a few days now that Taylor is someone to watch for Miami.

Taylor would likely be a place-holder option for Miami if they elected to go this route.

Taylor, 29, is a former sixth-round pick of the Ravens back in 2011. After four years in Baltimore, Taylor signed on with the Bills for the 2015 season. Buffalo elected to trade Taylor to the Browns for a third-round pick last year.

Taylor played out the final year of a two-year, $30.5 million contract and is in now in position to be an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

In 2018, Taylor appeared in four games and thrown for 473 yards while completing 49.4 percent of his passes to go along with two touchdowns and two interceptions. He has also rushed for 125 yards and a touchdown.

We have him featured in our Top 100 – 2019 NFL Free Agents list.
