There have been a number of Vincent Jackson rumors today but very few have legitimate sources to back them up.
One of the more popular rumors from today had Jackson flying to Minnesota on the private jet of the Vikings owner but as of now, Jackson remains the property of the San Diego Chargers.
Kevin Acee of the San Diego Union Tribune reports that Jackson’s agents have a deal in place one team for sure and have discussed a deal with a number of other teams. The problem remains that the Chargers feel as though they have yet to receive a worthy offer from anyone.
Acee adds that the Vikings still remain the favorite but the Chargers are also talking directly to one other unnamed team.
In order for Jackson to eligible to play after week six, a deal will have to be struck by 1pm tomorrow. We’ll be waiting for any further updates.
