WVU QB Will Grier Expected To Meet With Giants, Redskins, Patriots, Chargers & Saints

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that West Virginia QB Will Grier is expected to meet with at least 10 teams before the draft including the Giants, Redskins, Chargers, Patriots and Saints.

A scout who was in attendance for Grier’s Pro Day tells Schefter he “put on a show” for NFL teams. 

Grier has come up as someone to watch in terms of possibly being a late first- or early second-round pick. 

Grier actually began his college career at Florida before transferring to West Virginia in time for the 2017 season.

For his career, Grier threw for 8,556 while completing 65.7 percent of his passes to go along with 81 touchdowns and 23 interceptions over the course of three seasons and 28 games played.
