The Browns placed DL Nike Lawrence-Stample and RB Glenn Winston on injured reserve.

Kruger, 30, was in the fourth year of his five-year, $40.5 million contract that included $20 million guaranteed. He was set to make a base salary of $6.5 million for the 2016 season.

In 2015, Kruger appeared in all 16 games for the Browns and recorded 27 tackles and 2.5 sacks.

Hayden, 30, is a former sixth-round pick for the Panthers back in 2008. He spent three years in Carolina before joining the Bengals for a few months and later signing on with the Cowboys back in February of 2013.

Dallas elected to bring Hayden back on a one-year contract last year. Hayden just signed on with the Browns a month ago.

In 2015, Williams appeared in 13 games and recorded 39 tackles, one sack, three forced fumbles, two recoveries and two pass defenses.
