The Arizona Cardinals announced that they’ve promoted WR Chris Hubert to their active roster on Wednesday and signed OT Martin Wallace to their practice squad.
Hubert, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of Fayetteville State back in May. He was, unfortunately, unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason but was later added to the team’s practice squad at the start of the season.
Arizona just recently brought him back after he was waived from the unit a few weeks into the season.
During the preseason Hubert appeared in all four games and caught five passes for 86 yards receiving and one touchdown for the Cardinals.
