Here’s a collection of reports from Tuesday regarding prospects visits, workouts and rumors:

• There is “some sense” that the Vikings have UCF’s Blake Bortles as their “top quarterback target.” (Darren Wolfson)

• West Texas A&M LB Ethan Westbrooks and WR Torrance Allen visited Giants. (Aaron Wilson)
• Eastern Washington OLB Anthony Larry worked out for the Eagles. (Tony Pauline)

• Wisconsin ILB Chris Borland is reportedly off the draft board one team’s draft board due to concerns regarding his left shoulder and the possibility of another surgery. (Bob McGinn)
• Marshall OT Garrett Scott worked out for Chargers and is doing so with the Seahawks Tuesday. (Gil Brandt)
• LSU G Trai Turner has had private workouts with the Lions, Buccaneers, Panthers, Falcons and Saints while visiting the Cowboys, Cardinals, Colts and Dolphins. (Aaron Wilson)
