The Falcons signed veteran TE Jacob Tamme to a contract earlier in the day, so they are clearly looking to bolster their depth at tight end as they head into 2015.
Moeaki, 26, is a former third-round of the Kansas City Chiefs back in 2010. Since then, he’s dealt with a number of injuries including knee operations and head injuries.
The Seahawks signed him to a contract back in November of last year. Moeaki appeared in six games for Seattle and caught eight passes for 134 yards receiving and a touchdown. Pro Football Focus has him down for playing 206 total snaps last season.
