Bengals Sign 6 Players To Futures Deals Including LB Jayson DiManche

The Cincinnati Bengals announced that they’ve signed six players to future/reserve contracts on Monday including LB Jayson DiManche.

The Bengals also signed WR Michael Bennett, G Trey Hopkins, WR Jake Kumerow, TE Matt Lengel, and LB Jeff Luc.

Future/reserve contracts are essentially an opportunity for players compete for a roster spot in offseason workouts and training camp.

DiManche, 25, originally signed on with the Bengals as an undrafted free agent out of Southern Illinois back in 2013. He was waived/injured during the first round of roster cuts and eventually released from injured reserve with a settlement.

The Browns wound up signing DiManche off of the Bengals practice squad a few months ago before joining the Bengals’ practice squad last week.

This season, DiManche has appeared in one game, but hasn’t recorded a single statistic.
