- New Buccaneers HC Dirk Koetter confirmed that he will continue to be the team’s offensive play-caller.
- Koetter said that majority of the Bucs’ offensive staff will be back next season.

- Josh Katzenstein reports that the Lions have fired senior personnel executive Scott McEwen.

- The Packers officially ruled out WR Davante Adams (knee) for Saturday’s game against the Cardinals.
- Aaron Wilson reports that the Packers tried out Jason Ankrah.
Steelers
- The Pittsburgh Steelers have ruled out RB DeAngelo Williams for Sunday’s game against the Broncos.
- Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger told reporters that he threw the ball briefly on Friday. (Jeremy Fowler)
- HC Mike Tomlin confirmed that Roethlisberger practiced for first time this week “did a nice job.” (Gerry Dulac)
