Jason Cole of B/R reports that former Dolphins CB Brice McCain has two visits lined up with NFL teams in the coming days.

Cole doesn’t offer any specifics as to which teams McCain will be meeting with, but it’s at least a positive sign for him that there’s some interest before the start of free agency.

McCain, 29, was in the final year of his two-year, $5.5 million contract that included $3 million guaranteed when Miami released him in a move that freed up $2.5 million in available cap space.

In 2015, McCain appeared in 14 games for the Dolphins and recorded 39 tackles, an interception, and 10 pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 93 cornerback out of 118 qualifying players.
