NFL Rumors: Draft, 49ers, Falcons, Rams, & Titans



  • Former Buccaneers GM Mark Dominik fully expects Alabama RB Derrick Henry to be selected in the first round.


  • FootballScoop is reporting that Chip Kelly has hired former Browns QBs coach Kevin O’Connell.


  • According to Vaughn McClure of ESPN, the Falcons met with restricted free agent LB Paul Worrilow‘s reps in recent days about contract/tender.
  • However, no decision has been made regarding Worrilow at this point in time.


Rams GM Les Snead said that they would like re-sign veteran C Tim Barnes this offseason.

The plan at center is, hey, I’ll give Tim Barnes credit, he’s one of those guys we’d like to get back,” Snead said,  via Nick Wagoner of ESPN. “At the end of the day, we didn’t think he was a weak link so we definitely want to get him back.”


  • Chase Goodbread of reports that the Titans used a significant portion of their 15-minute combine interview allotment with RB Ezekiel Elliott to ask probing questions about his teammate DE/OLB Joey Bosa.
  • Even so, Goodbread adds that the Titans are still believed to be “strongly considering” Ole Miss OT Laremy Tunsil with the No. 1 pick to improve pass protection.
