The San Francisco 49ers officially announced that they’ve signedย OLB Tank Carradine to a one-year contract extension on Tuesday.

Matt Barrow of the Sacramento Bee reports that the 49ers have signed OLB Tank Carradine to a one-year contract extension.
- Ian Rapoportย reportsย Carradine receives a signing bonus of $1.25 million.
Carradine, 26, is a former second-round pick of the 49ers back in 2013. He was in the final year of his four-year, $4.948 million rookie contract and set to make a base salary of $1,029,684 for the 2016 season.
In 2015, Carradine appeared in 14 games and recorded 22 tackles, one sack, and a forced fumble for the 49ers.
