AFC Notes: Broncos, Chargers, Chiefs, Raiders

Broncos

Broncos LT Garett Bolles is in the middle of a career year after the Broncos declined his fifth-year option this offseason and the former first-round pick has finally turned it around.

“This is a great organization, I love Denver, I love the fans here. I know you all kicked me in the butt over the years but that’s something I took and was for me to change. If it wasn’t for me to change I wouldn’t be where I’m at,” Bolles said, per Mike Klis.

Broncos

Chiefs

Raiders

  • The Athletic’s Vic Tafur says league sources have told him Raiders RT Trent Brown is probably two or three weeks away from playing.
  • Browns missed all of camp with a left calf injury, hurt his right calf in the season opener, was placed on the COVID-19 list and then had an issue with a pre-game IV before going back on the COVID-19 list.
