AFC South Rumors: Colts, Jaguars, Texans, Titans

Colts

• Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer says the Colts are not interested in Patriots QB Tom Brady.
• Breer also points out Colts TE coach Jason Michael is very close with Titans QB Marcus Mariota, making him an option for Indianapolis as a free agent. 
• According to ESPN’s Dan Graziano and Jeremy Fowler, the Colts are believed to be evaluating Chargers QB Philip Rivers. The two also mention retirement isn’t out of the question for Rivers. 
• The Colts are also mentioned as a team that could potentially pry away Seahawks DE Jadeveon Clowney. 
• According to Troy Renck, the Colts are among the teams expected to be interested in Broncos DL Shelby Harris in the coming weeks.

Jaguars

• Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer says the Jaguars could try to make a major swing at upgrading their tight end position in free agency.
• According to ESPN’s Dan Graziano and Jeremy Fowler, the word is the Jaguars would prefer to go with Gardner Minshew as the starting quarterback and find a trade partner for QB Nick Foles. 

Texans

• Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer says Texans DT D.J. Reader could sign a deal worth more than $10 million per year in free agency. 
• According to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle, the Texans will prioritize keeping their special teams unit together this offseason, including K Ka’imi Fairbairn, LS Jon Weeks, RB Taiwan Jones, LB Barkevious Mingo, LB Dylan Cole and others. 
• Utah RB Zack Moss had a formal interview with the Texans at the Combine. (Josh Newman)
