Bullard, 25, is a former third-round pick by the Bears out of Florida in 2016. He signed a four-year rookie deal worth $3,166,520 to go along with a signing bonus of $826,520.
In 2018, Bullard appeared in all 16 games for the Bears, recording 18 total tackles, no sacks and two pass defenses.
Hall, 26, originally signed on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Washington back in 2016. He was waived at the start of the season and later signed to the Cardinals’ practice squad towards the end of the season.
Arizona brought him back on a future/reserve contract only to cut him loose a few weeks after the 2017 draft. The Falcons signed him to a contract a few months later and he spent the past few years in Atlanta.
The Bears signed Hall to a contract this past March.
In 2018, Hall appeared in all 16 games for the Falcons and caught 10 passes for 149 yards receiving and one touchdown.
