According to Dan Wiederer, the Bears have officially activated DB Deiondre’ Hall from their injured reserve to the active roster and placed OLB Isaiah Irving on injured reserve in a corresponding roster move.
Hall, 23, is a former fourth-round pick out of Northern Iowa by the Bears in the 2016 NFL Draft. He is in the second year of a four-year, $2.851 million rookie contract and set to make a base salary of $540,000 this year.
He was placed on the team’s injured reserve back in September due to a hamstring injury. Chicago designated him as their player to return off injured reserve two weeks ago.
In 2016, Hall appeared in eight games for Chicago and recorded nine total tackles and three pass defenses.
