Bengals LB Nick Vigil Out About A Month With MCL Sprain

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Bengals are expected to be without LB Nick Vigil for about a month or so due to an MCL sprain.

Vigil suffered the injury during the first quarter of Sunday’s game after he was cut blocked.

Vigil, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Bengals back in 2016. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $3.013 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $630,000 and $720,000 over the final two years of the contract.

In 2018, Vigil appeared in six games and recorded 51 tackles, no sacks or interceptions and two pass defenses.
