The Cincinnati Bengals announced Thursday that they’ve signed fourth-round QB Ryan Finley to a four-year contract.
This leaves third-round LB Germaine Pratt as the last unsigned player from the Bengals- 2019 draft class:

Finley, 24, originally began his college career at Boise State before transferring to N.C. State for the 2016 season. He was selected by the Bengals with the No. 104 overall pick in the fourth round.
Finley is projected to sign a four-year, $3,306,649 contract that includes a $786,649 signing bonus.
During his college career at Boise State and N.C. State, Finley threw for 11,147 yards while completing 64.2 percent of his passes to go along with 63 touchdowns and 30 interceptions over the course of five seasons and 46 games.
