The Buffalo Bills announced Tuesday that they’ve placed DT Harrison Phillips on injured reserve and promoted DT Kyle Peko to their active roster.
- The Bills also signed LB Nate Hall to their practice squad and released LB Curtis Akins from the unit.
Hereโs the Bills updated practice squad:
- WR Duke Williams
- CB Cam Lewis
- OL Erik Magnuson
- DE Eddie Yarbrough
- RB Christian Wade (International)
- DT Kyle Peko
- TE Nate Becker
- QB Davis Webb
- RB Byron Marshall
- DT Vincent Taylor
- LB Nate Hall
Phillips, unfortunately, suffered a season-ending ACL tear in Week 3, so this move was expected.
Phillips, 23, is a former third-round pick of the Bills back in 2018. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $3,235,040 rookie contract and stands to make base salaries of $570,000 and $660,000 over the next two years of the agreement.
In 2019, Phillips appeared in three games for the Bills and recorded three tackles, a half sack and two pass defenses.
