Bills Sign DB Sammy Seamster To Practice Squad, Cut WR Titus Davis

The Buffalo Bills announced that they’ve signed WR Sammy Seamster to their practice squad and released WR Titus Davis.

The Bills’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. WR Sammy Seamster
  2. WR Walter Powell
  3. RB Mike Gillislee
  4. DE Cedric Reed
  5. TE Nick O’Leary
  6. DB Merrill Noel
  7. LB Kevin Reddick (Exception)
  8. G Cyril Richardson (Exception)
  9. WR Dez Lewis
  10. CB Jaylen Watkins

Seamster, 25, wound up signing on with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of Middle Tennessee State back in 2014. He was unable to make the Ravens’ 53-man roster that year, but was later claimed by the Dolphins.

Miami elected to cut Seamster on Monday as they trimmed their roster down to 75 players, but he wound up being claimed by the Saints. Seamster was added to their active roster a few weeks ago before being waived soon after.

In 2014, Seamster appeared in two games for the Dolphins, but didn’t record a single statistic.
