Bills Waived RB James Wilder Jr From Injured Reserve

The Buffalo Bills officially waived RB James Wilder Jr from injured reserve on Tuesday.

Wilder Jr, 24, signed on with the Bengals as an undrafted free agent out of Florida State back in 2014. He was unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of his first preseason but was later signed to their practice squad.

After another year on the Bengals’ practice squad, Wilder Jr was signed to the Bills active roster this past January. Unfortunately, Wilder Jr was waived with an injury designation over a month ago and later reverted to their injured reserve list.

Wilder Jr has yet to appear in an NFL game.
