Broncos Prepared To Add Two QB’s

Denver Broncos head coach John Fox told reporters that they plan on adding two quarterbacks to their roster during the offseason but didn’t say specifically if they would look to do so in free agency or the draft.

Numbers wise that’s accurate,” said Fox in regards to filling out their roster, via Mike Klis of the Denver Post. “Who, what, where, when, what market — it’s still way too early how we get those quarterbacks.

Team president John Elway has previously mentioned that he would like to add a traditional pocket passer despite the fact that the Broncos offense was forced to evolve into a predominately run based attack. So far the team has stood behind Tim Tebow as their starting quarterback and figures to have him pegged as their stater for the 2012 season.

He’s going to come into our camp as the starting quarterback,” Fox said. “He’s young. He can get better.”

We actually have the Broncos taking Ryan Tannehill in the first-round of our most recent 2012 NFL Mock Draft but that could be change by tomorrow.
