Pro Football Talk reports that the Browns have claimed five players off of waivers include:Â RB George Atkinson, DB Briean Boddy-Calhoun, DB Marcus Burley, DE Tyrone Holmes, LB Corey Lemonier.
Lemonier, 24, is a former third-round pick of the 49ers back in 2013. He’s in the final year of his four-year, $2.714 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $685,000 for the 2016 season.
In 2015, Lemonier appeared in 10 games for the 49ers and recorded 12 tackles and no sacks.
