Browns Considering Trading Back For Boise State OT Ezra Cleveland, Potentially With Broncos?

According to Ian Rapoport, there is buzz building that the Browns are considering trading down from the No. 10 overall spot, with Boise State OT Ezra Cleveland one of their targets.

One potential trade partner could be the Broncos, as former NFL GM Michael Lombardi says Denver is trying to work out a deal with the Browns to leapfrog several wide receiver-needy teams ahead of their pick at No. 15.

While the Browns need an offensive tackle and the tenth pick seems like a prime spot to fill that need, trading down and adding a pick would make sense if they are really high on Cleveland.

It’s worth mentioning the Broncos have also expressed some interest in Ezra Cleveland.

Cleveland has been gaining steam as an option for teams looking for offensive tackle help in the late first to early second-round range.

At the NFL Combine, Cleveland ran the 40-yard dash in 4.93 seconds at 6-6 and 311 pounds, while also putting up 30 reps on the bench press.

During his four-year college career, Cleveland started 40 games for Boise State at left tackle.
