Browns Sign Third-Round OL Shon Coleman

The Cleveland Browns announced Tuesday that they’ve signed third-round OL Shon Coleman to a four-year deal.

The Brownsย still have three rookies from their 2016 draft class to get under contract, including DE Carl Nassib, QB Cody Kessler and LB Joe Schobert, so there’s more work to do.

Coleman, 24,ย was selected with the No. 76ย overall pick by the Brownsย over a month ago. The Browns lost C Alex Mack and RT Mitchell Schwartzย in free agency, so they had to bring some young offensive line talentย to develop in the coming years.

According to OverTheCap.com, Colemanย receivesย a four-year contract worthย $3,127,536 $787,536 to go along with a signing bonus of $787,536 .

During his college career at Auburn, Coleman startedย 25 gamesย at left tackle and was aย second-team All-SEC selection in 2015.
