The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed C Ben Gottschalk, according to his agent Evan Brennan.

Gottschalk, 23, signed on with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of SMU back in May of last year. He was unable to make Kansas City’s 53-man roster coming out of the preseason, but was later added to their practice squad.
Gottschalk will have to compete for a roster spot again this summer. He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
