Buccaneers Sign DB Josh Shaw

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Tuesday that they’ve signed DB Josh Shaw to a contract.

Shaw, 26, is a former fourth-round pick of the Bengals back in 2015. He was in the final year of his four-year, $2.773 million contract and set to make a base salary of $705,000 for the 2018 season.

The Bengals waived him with an injury designation coming out of the preseason and he later reverted to the team’s injured reserve list. Cincinnati cut him loose soon after and he signed on with the Chiefs.

Unfortunately, the Chiefs waived Shaw this past weekend.

In 2018, Shaw has appeared in four games and recorded four tackles for the Chiefs.
