Jenna Laine of ESPN reports that the Buccaneers have agreed to terms with Pennsylvania WR Justin Watson on a four-year rookie contract.
Watson is the first of Tampa Bay’s eight draft picks to sign their rookie contract.

Watson is the record holder at Pennsylvania University in receptions, receiving yards, receiving touchdowns, and all-purpose yards. According to Overthecap.com, Watson received a four-year rookie contract worth $2,761,736 including a signing bonus of $301,736.
During his four-year college career at Pennsylvania, Watson recorded 286 receptions for 3,777 yards receiving (13.2 YPC) and 33 touchdowns.
