Buccaneers Sign Second-Round CB Carlton Davis

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Thursday that theyโ€™ve signed second-round CB Carlton Davis to a four-year contract.

This leaves second-round RB Ronald Jones as the last player from the Buccaneersโ€™ draft class still unsigned.

Davis, 21, was selected with the No. 63 overall pick in the second round of this yearโ€™s draft by the Buccaneers. According to OverTheCap.com, he receives a four-year, $4,393,114 contract that includes a $1,274,992 signing bonus.

During his three-year college career at Auburn, Davis recorded 136 tackles, 3.5 tackles for a loss, a half sack, four interceptions, three forced fumbles, a recovery and 29 pass defenses over the course of 36 games.
