Rick Stroud reports that the Buccaneers announced Thursday that they’ve agreed to terms with four draft picks including CB M.J. Stewart, S Jordan Whitehead, LB Jack Cichy and WR Justin Watson.

Watson was selected with the No. 144 overall pick by the Buccaneers in the fifth-round of this year’s NFL draft. According to Overthecap.com, Watson received a four-year rookie contract worth $2,761,736 including a signing bonus of $301,736.
During his four-year college career at Pennsylvania, Watson recorded 286 receptions for 3,777 yards receiving (13.2 YPC) and 33 touchdowns. He is the record holder at Pennsylvania University in receptions, receiving yards, receiving touchdowns, and all-purpose yards.
