Ian Rapoport reports that the Chargers and LB Denzel Perryman have agreed to terms on a restructured contract for the 2020 season.
Perryman was set to make $6,487,500 next season, which will now be attainable through incentives.
Perryman, 27, is a former second-round pick of the Chargers back in 2015. He played out the final year of his four-year, $4.776 million contract and re-signed to a two-year, $12 million deal last offseason.
He was set to make a base salary of $4,050,000 next season to go along with a $2,025,000 signing bonus and $2,437,500 roster bonus.
In 2019, Perryman appeared in 14 games for the Chargers and recorded 68 total tackles, five tackles for loss, one interception, one forced fumble, and one pass defense.
