The Los Angeles Chargers officially signed P Toby Baker to a contract on Thursday.
Barker now gets an opportunity to compete with Drew Kaser for a roster spot this summer.
Baker, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Arkansas a few weeks ago before securing a tryout with the Chargers last weekend.
During his three-year college career at Arkansas, Baker totaled 4,340 punt yards on 101 attempts (43 YPA) over the course of 25 games.
